Adeena Sussman is a cookbook author, food writer, recipe and product developer, and consultant based in Tel Aviv, Israel. She spends her days roaming the local markets and whipping up new recipes in her kitchen. She has collaborated in the writings of Cravings and Cravings: Hungry for More with Chrissy Teigen and The Sprinkles Baking Book with Candace Nelson, New York Times best sellers. She has also co-authored eleven cookbooks and wrote Short Stack Editions' Tahini.
